Peter has over 20 Years experience in board level leadership of Australian and International parented technology companies, serving on the board of Australian, US, UK and Malaysian companies, working across Private, Public and Private Equity owned businesses.

Peter has led the APAC operations of UK headquartered companies Tribal Group, Allocate Software and Clearswift, and was Managing Director of Tenix Datagate, part of the Tenix group of companies.

Ken is a vastly experienced corporate advisor and strategy consultant with over 30 years’ experience in board level leadership in private and listed companies in multiple countries.

Ken is a current Board Director and is the past CEO and CFO of Netcomm Wireless (acquired by Casa Systems). Ken was also founder and CEO of Acelero – A HR SaaS business which was sold to a Private Equity acquirer in 2014.

Ken has held senior finance positions in multiple international companies including as the CFO of Tenix Group, Australia’s largest privately owned Defence contractor and CFO of British American Tobacco in Malaysia.
